We only take on a small number of clients a year so we can focus on providing the best service we can. But what does that look like in practice? 

Qualifying Clients

In order to provide the best service to our clients, we only take on a handful of engagements a year. This allows for comfortably paced days to get the required tasks done. There is no weekend work, we rarely have meetings, and we work to provide realistic deadlines to achieve the required goals of our projects without the need to rush because of a sudden shift in scope or knee-jerk request. We take time to consider the best approach for our clients and deliver upon our agreed-upon expectations.

In order to qualify as a client, we go through a multi step process to evaluate you, your business, and your project needs before we present a project proposal. 

That process includes:

  • An initial qualifying call (about 30 minutes)
  • A project discovery meeting (1-2 hours)
  • A proposal presentation to walk through the project process (about 45 minutes – 1 hour)
  • A Q&A session to address any questions related to the proposal (about 30-45 minutes)

If everything aligns after that, we present our project statement of work (SOW), address any questions related to the statement of work, send the first invoice, and officially kick off the project!

Project Engagement

All projects are organized into phases of engagement to better organize the production process and are outlined in the project proposal and statement of work (SOW).

During the project engagement, clients will be added to our project management software where we host updates to the project. This is where any feedback and updates can be found. We’ll host a project kickoff meeting to review the details of the project, statement of work (SOW) and train you on how to use our project management software. We believe the best project results come from collaboration and working in the open, so clients have viewing access to any of our production tools and are invited to comment and pose questions during the engagement.
