Done-for-you case studies for creatives

Your work deserves more than a thumbnail.

Bring the project history, scattered files, and half-remembered decisions.
Get back a clear, credible case study that explains what mattered and why.

Written for creative professionals who are done putting this off.

The hard part is not the work

It is turning everything you know into a story someone else can follow.

A strong case study connects the project’s context, your decisions, and the outcome. That is a lot to reconstruct after the fact, especially when the source material lives across folders, messages, and your own memory.

Case Study Studio gives that material a structure. You bring what you have. We turn it into an outcome-led narrative that makes your contribution easier to see, trust, and remember.

A simple, guided handoff

The framework does the organizing. We do the writing.

Choose your projects

Start with one case study or submit a batch of five or ten projects that are ready to be documented.

Share what you have

Provide project history, constraints, evidence, links, and any existing assets. Imperfect notes are welcome.

Receive the full story

Get a polished written case study and visual direction you can use to bring it to life in your portfolio.

What you get

A case study with a real point of view, not just a prettier project recap.

Every project follows a proven structure built to make the work, the thinking, and the result easier to understand.

  1. Positioned story. An outcome-oriented title, concise summary, and engaging body copy.
  2. Clear narrative. Introduction, Process, Outcome, Impact, and a relevant CTA.
  3. Credible proof. The evidence, constraints, decisions, outcomes, and reflection that make your role believable.
  4. Visual direction. Hero recommendations, process and final-work shot lists, sequencing, annotations, and confidentiality guidance.
  5. One revision round. One consolidated round of feedback for each completed case study.
From messy to meaningful

You do not need to arrive with the polished version.

BRING-YOUR-OWN-VISUALS

Visual direction, not visual production.

You receive a practical plan for the visuals that strengthen the story: what to feature in the hero, which process artifacts matter, how to sequence final work, and where captions or annotations help.

You’ll need to provide or commission the final visuals. Case Study Studio does not produce screenshots, photography, video, mockups, illustrations, or portfolio page design.

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before you start.

Anything that helps reconstruct the project: background, goals, constraints, notes, results, links, and existing visuals. You do not need a perfect brief.

You receive a written, framework-led case study, portfolio-card copy, a visual direction plan, and one consolidated revision round.

No. Visual direction is included, but visual asset production and page design are not. You’ll need to provide or commission the final visuals and publish the finished case study.

Yes. The case study can include public-safe recommendations such as redacted details, generalized metrics, anonymized screens, or a private appendix.

Each case study includes one consolidated round of revision feedback. Additional writing or scope can be quoted separately.

First drafts are typically delivered on a 1–3 business-day cadence after your materials are reviewed. Batch timing depends on the number of submitted projects.
